When you book online you'll receive a confirmation by email. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, let us know — we'll do our best to still see you, but arriving late may mean your appointment is shortened or, if we can't fit it in, treated as a missed appointment.

We ask for at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment, which you can do from your account.

• Cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment carry a 50% fee.
• No-shows are charged in full.

This helps us keep slots open for everyone — thanks for understanding.

Prices are shown for each barber and service when you book, and the price shown at the time of booking is the price that applies. Prices may change from time to time. Payment is taken in the shop unless we tell you otherwise.

Please keep your account details accurate and your password secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Please use the website only for genuine bookings and enquiries. Don't attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the site or other people's accounts.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability for anything where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses that we couldn't reasonably have expected at the time you booked.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Scotland.
